Russian activation of the MAI-75 experiment is planned for early July (tentatively July 2 and 3). No specifics as yet as to mode or frequency but historically they have used 145.80 for their transmissions. Pass times for the ISS to be active when in range of Moscow should fall between 08:00 and 13:00 UTC on those days.
